Determination 2016/06:

Judicial and Related Offices – Remuneration and Allowances

1. Pursuant to subsections 7(3), 7(4) and 7(4B) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973, the Remuneration Tribunal has inquired into the remuneration and allowances to be paid to certain holders of public office, and other matters significantly related thereto, and determines as set out below.

(ii)        This Determination commences on 1 July 2016.

1.1In this part, Determination Number 18 of 2015 is referred to as the Principal Determination.

1.2       Table 3 of the Principal Determination is amended by deleting the entries for the Federal Court of Australia, Registrar; and the Family Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Chief Executive Officer and replacing with the following:
