Determination 2010/06:

Remuneration and Allowances for Holders of Public Office

(i)        Pursuant to subsections 7(3) and 7(4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973, the Remuneration Tribunal has inquired into the remuneration and allowances to be paid to holders of public office, and other matters significantly related thereto, and determines as set out below.

(ii)        This Determination takes effect on and from the day following the day it is registered in the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments unless otherwise specified.

PART 1 – PART-TIME OFFICES

1.1       In this part, Determination Number 14 of 2009 (as amended) is referred to as the Principal Determination.

1.2Table A1A of Schedule A of the Principal Determination is amended by inserting the following entry after the entry for “Australian Solar Institute – Chair/Director”.

1.3       Clause 1.2 has effect on and from 24 March 2010.       

PART 2 – FULL-TIME OFFICES

2.1In this part, Determination Number 18 of 2009 (as amended) is referred to as the Principal Determination.

2.2Table 2A of Part 2 of the Principal Determination is amended by replacing the word “Nil” in Columm 4 with “$68,100” and inserting “2.2.15” in Column 5 of the entry for “Chief Executive Officer, Australian Sports Anti Doping Authority (ASADA)”.

2.3       Part 2 of the Principal Determination is amended by inserting Clause 2.2.15 after       Clause 2.2.14 as follows: “Australian Sports Anti Doping Authority, Chief          Executive Officer: Ms Aurora Andruska will receive a personal loading as shown in       Column 4 of Table 2A from 10 May 2010 to 9 May 2011”.

2.4       Clauses 2.2 and 2.3 have effect on and from 10 May 2010
