1  Name

This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 7) 2023.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Insert:

Repeal the item.

12  Section 17 (Table 3B, after table item 11)

Insert:

11A National Disability Insurance Agency Dr Denis Napthine, while he is a member of the NDIA Board Audit Committee, is entitled to an additional fee of $4,365 per year instead of the amount in item 2 of this table.

13  Section 17 (Table 3B, table items 22 and 23)

Repeal the items.
