1  Name

This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 6) 2020.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsections 7(3) and (4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Insert:

National Skills Commissioner $443,390 Table 2B, item 21 2

2  Section 11 (Table 2B, at the end of the table)

Add:

21 National Skills Commissioner Mr Adam Boyton will receive an additional fixed loading of $27,700 per year, for the initial term of his appointment, until 12 October 2025.

3  Subsection 19(6) (Table 5A, table item 8, column 2)

Omit “11 March 2020, until 10 March”, substitute “10 March 2020, until 9 March”.
