1  Name

This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 5) 2019.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsections 7(3) and (4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Part 1—Item to be replaced

1  Section 15 (Table 3A, table item dealing with Airservices Australia)

Repeal the item.

Note:       Item 6 of this Schedule inserts a replacement for this item.

Part 2—Main amendments

2  Section 10 (Table 2A, cell at table item dealing with Chief Executive Officer, National Disability Insurance Scheme Launch Transition Agency, column 3)

Repeal the cell.

3  Section 11 (Table 2B, table item 3)

Repeal the item.

4  Subsection 15(2) (Table 3B, table item 3, column 1)

Omit “Director‑General, Australian Signals Directorate”, substitute “Director‑General of Security, Australian Security Intelligence Organisation”.

5  Section 23 (at the end of Table 6A)

Add:

3 Table 3B, item 3 The amendment of this item made by the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 5) 2019 applies on and after 15 September 2019.
