This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 3) 2020.

  1. Commencement

(1)Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Amendments Schedule 1

Omit “6 and 6A”, substitute “6, 6A and 6B”.

Insert:

6B Australia Post During the period beginning on 16 April 2020 and ending
on 8 July 2020, an annual fee payable to the Chair, Deputy
Chair or another member of Australia Post (including a fee
specified in item 6 or 6A) is reduced by 20%.

Add:
