1  Name

This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 1) 2022.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

1  Section 10 (Table 2A, table item dealing with Director, Tuition Protection Service, column 3)

Omit “Table 2B, item 11”.

2  Section 11 (Table 2B, table item 11)

Repeal the item.

3  Subsection 15(2) (Table 3B, table item 14)

Repeal the item.

4  Subsection 22(4) (Table 5B, table item 6)

Repeal the item.

Insert “$124,720”.
