An Act to extend the Provisions of tlie twen­

1858.]

WHEREAS doubts exist whether the Provisions of the twentieth	Victoria number thirty apply to Cheques and it is expedient to remove such doubts and otherwise amend the said Act Bo it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly Of New South A\rales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of
the same as follows :—
1. The Provisions of the said Act shall apply to all Actions on Cheques or other Orders for the payment of money brought after the
passing of this Act.
