Remand Centres Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulation under the Remand Centres Ordinance 1976.

Accommodation of detainees' children

Regulation 11 of the Remand Centres Regulations is amended by omitting

from sub-regulation (1) "1 year" and substituting "3 years".
