Remand Centres Regulations² (Amendment)

I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Remand Centres Ordinance 1976.

Detainee to be informed of rights and duties

Regulation 6 of the Remand Centres Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (c) “a visiting magistrate” and substituting “an Official Visitor”.
