His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Relationships Register Act 2010.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase (from $151 to $156 and from $76 to $78, respectively) the fees payable under the Relationships Register Act 2010 for an application for the registration of a relationship and an application to revoke the registration of a relationship.

This Regulation is made under the Relationships Register Act 2010, including sections 6 (c), 11 (2) (c) and 17 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Relationships Register Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Relationships Register Regulation 2010

(1) Clause 5 Fees

Omit “$151” from clause 5 (1). Insert instead “$156”.

(2) Clause 5 (2)
Omit “$76”. Insert instead “$78”.
