Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Relationships Register Act 2010.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase (from $144 to $147 and from $72 to $74, respectively) the fees for an application for the registration of a relationship and an application to revoke the registration of a relationship.
This Regulation is made under the Relationships Register Act 2010, including sections 6 (c),

11 (2) (c) and 17 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Relationships Register Amendment (Fees)
Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 August 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Relationships Register Regulation 2010

(1) Clause 5 Fees

Omit “$144” from clause 5 (1). Insert instead “$147”.

(2) Clause 5 (2)
Omit “$72”. Insert instead “$74”.
