Relationships (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2022

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend a prescribed fee in the Relationships (Fees) Regulations 2019.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 71 of the Relationships Act 2008.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 March 2022.

4Fee for issue of certificate

In regulation 10 of the Relationships (Fees) Regulations 2019¹, for "2∙28" substitute "3∙42".
