| Explanatory note |
| The object of this Proclamation is to commence the provision of the Regulatory Reform and Other Legislative Repeals Act 2015 that repeals the West Scholarships Act 1930. Consequent on that repeal, Part 15 of Schedule 3 to the Education Act 1990 (as inserted by Schedule 3.2 to the Regulatory Reform and Other Legislative Repeals Act 2015) dissolves the Trust administered by the West Scholarships Trustees and the trust assets, trust rights and trust liabilities are transferred to the Crown. |
