2 Regulatory Reform Amendment (No. 2) No. 516, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Regulatory Reform Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Regulatory Reform Regulation 1993 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.2 (Exemption of subordinate legislation) 3. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Exemption of subordinate legislation ‘2. The subordinate legislation set out in Schedule 1 is exempted from the application of the Act. ˙ ‘Continuation of subordinate legislation ‘3. The expiry of the subordinate legislation set out in Schedule 2 is deferred until 31 December 1994.
