2 Regulatory Reform Amendment (No. 1) No. 17, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Regulatory Reform Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Regulatory Reform Regulation 1993 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Continuation of subordinate legislation) 3. Section 3— insert— ‘(2) The expiry of the subordinate legislation set out in Schedule 3 is deferred until 30 June 1994. ’. ˙ Replacement of Schedules 1 and 2 4. Schedules 1 and 2— omit, insert—
