The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Acts specified in headings in the Schedule.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulations Revision (Penalties) Regulations.
Commencement
2. These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.
Amendments of Regulations
3. The Regulations specified in the Schedule are amended as set out in the Schedule.

Bushfire Regulations
(made under the Bushfire Act 1936)
Regulation 2—
Omit the penalty provision, substitute the following penalty provision:
“Penalty:
(a)if the offender is a natural person—1 penalty unit;

Regulation 3—
Omit the penalty provision, substitute the following penalty provision:
