1927. No. 105.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1927.

I, THE DEPUTY OF THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1927, to come into operation forthwith.

Regulations Governing the Formation, Control, and Management of Rifle Clubs and Rifle Associations.

(Statutory Rules 1921, No. 154, as amended to date)

Amendment.

Regulation 41 (a) is amended by the deletion of the following words:—

“or has been attached to a Unit of the Militia Forces and has undergone the prescribed training with such Unit.”
