An Act to Regulate the Punishment of Whipping.

HEREAS it is expedient to regulate the punishment of Whip-

ping : Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited 'The Regulation of Whipping Act, short title
