Regulations under the Registration Act 1927

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Registration Regulations 2009.

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of section 109 of the Unit Title Schemes Act 2009.

3Fees, charges and levies

Schedule 1 prescribes the fees, charges and levies payable under the Acts mentioned in it.

4Repeals

The Regulations specified in Schedule 2 are repealed.
