Regulations under the Registration of Interests in Motor Vehicles and Other Goods Act

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of Interests in Motor Vehicles and Other Goods Regulations.

2Commencement

These Regulations shall come into operation on the commencement of the Act.

3Participating States

For the purposes of the definition of participating State in section 3 of the Act the following are prescribed:

• (a)

  the Australian Capital Territory;

• (b)

  New South Wales;

• (c)

  Queensland;

• (d)

  South Australia;

• (e)

  Victoria.
