REGISTRATION OF INTERESTS IN GOODS ACT 1986—

ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, FAYE LO PO , the Minister administering the Registration of Interests

in Goods Act 1986, do, by this my Order, made in pursuance of section 9 of that Act, notify that, on and from 22 June 1996, that section has effect in relation to a boat specified in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

A boat as defined in the Registration of Interests in Goods Regulation 1994 (not being a stolen boat) that has a hull identification number as defined in that Regulation affixed to i t and that:

(a) is currently registered under the Water Traffic Regulations—N.S.W., and
(b) is not more than 24 metres in length.
