REGISTRATION OF INTERESTS IN GOODS ACT 1986—

ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Faye Lo Po’, in pursuance of section 9 of the Registration of Interests in Goods Act 1986, do, by this my Order:

with effect from 12 May 1995, revoke the Order made in pursuance of that section on 22 July 1994 and published in Gazette No. 101 of 3 August 1994 at p. 4141;

notify that, on and from 12 May 1995, that section has effect in relation to a motor vehicle that is not a stolen motor vehicle and

has a chassis number (if the vehicle was manufactured before 1

January 1989) or a vehicle identification number (if the vehicle was manufactured on or after 1 January 1989).
