B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as The Registration short title. of Firms Acts Amendment Act of 1958.” (2.) *“ The Registration of Firms Acts, 194$ to 1953,” ^"ncipal are in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. 0' (3.) The Principal Act and this Act may be Collective collectively cited as The Registration of Firms Ads, t,tlo‘ 1942 to 1958.” 2. Subsection two of section five of the Principal Amendment Act is amended by repealing the words “ two pounds ” ofs‘5 (2)‘ and inserting, in lieu of those repealed words, the words ‘ five pounds 3. Subsection four of section six of the Principal Amendment Act is amended by repealing, in paragraph (a), theofs-6(4)- words “ two pounds ” and inserting, in lieu of those repealed words, the words “ five pounds ”. 4. Subsection two of section seven of thej Principal Amendment jAct is amended by repealing the words “ two pounds ” of s'7 <2)' and inserting, in lieu of those repealed words, the words ' five pounds ”. 5. Subsection three of section eight of the Principal ^6gd^ent Act is amended by repealing the words “ two pounds ” 0 8-8 ' and inserting, in lieu of those repealed words, the words l‘ five pounds ”. 6. Subsection two of section nine of the Principal Amendment Act is amended by repealing the words “ two pounds ” of s- 9 (2)- and inserting, in lieu of those repealed words, the words “ five pounds ”. * 6 G. 6 No. 24 and amending Acts.

[A ssented to 19 th D ecembeb , 1958.] B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as The Filled Milk Act of 1958.” Meaning of 2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise terms. indicates or requires, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them, that is to say:— Analyst. “ Analyst ”—An analyst under this Act; Butter fat. “ Butter fat ”—The fat of cow’s milk ; Cocoa butter. “ Cocoa butter ”—The solid fat expressed from the roasted seeds of theobroma cacao; Filled milk. “ Filled milk ”—Any liquid or powder containing the non-fat solids of milk with which has been incorporated or to which has been added any fat other than butter fat or cocoa butter, whether described as filled milk or by any other name and whether or not intended as a substitute for milk or for whole milk powder;
