Registration of Deeds Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Registration of Deeds Act 1935 .26 March 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Registration of Deeds Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 4 April 2001. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Registration of Deeds Regulations 1976 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule III amended (Fees)Schedule III to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "power of attorney," from item 7.
