Registration of Deeds Amendment

Regulations 1998

Made by the Acting Commissioner of Titles with the approval of the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Registration of Deeds

Commencement 1998 and the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to Schedule 1 to the
Registration of Deeds Regulations 1974*.

4.            Division 1 amended

Items 1 and 2 in Division 1 are amended by deleting "60.00" and inserting instead —

" 64.00 ".

5.            Division 4 amended

(1)	Item 1 in Division 4 is amended by deleting "30.00" and inserting instead —
" 32.00 ".
(2)	Item 3 in Division 4 is amended by deleting "60.00" and inserting instead — " 64.00 ".
