Registration of Deeds Amendment (Fees) Regulations (No. 2) 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Registration of Deeds Act 1935 .18 September 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Registration of Deeds Amendment (Fees) Regulations (No. 2) 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Registration of Deeds Regulations 1976 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 14 amended (Fees)Regulation 14(3) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "30 September 2000" and substituting "31 March 2001".
