AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Registration of Deeds Ordinance 1957

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Adminis- tration) Act 1910.

REGISTRATION O F DEEDS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Registration of Deeds (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.*

2. This Ordinance shall come into operation on 3 October 1978. 3 . Section 4 of the Registration of Deeds Ordinance 1957f is amended by omitting from sub-section (1) " $ 1 0 " and substituting " $ 1 4 " .
