which 2. Section .seven of the Legist ration of Deeds Act,

rocDstevcd	1897, is amended by adding the following proviso at the “ Provided that the (iovernor may, by regula­ tions which he is hereby authorised to make, ]n-ovido that suck copy, instead of being upon vellum or 2iarchment may he upon such material as may he spccilied in such rcgidations.”
