AN ACT to amend an Ordinance to consolidate and amend the Laws relating to the Regis- tration of Deeds, Wills, Judgments, and Con- veyances affecting Real Property.

1. Every assistant registrar appointed under the Transfer of Assistant Regis-

Land Act, 1893, shall, by virtue of his office, be an assistant regis-	trant
