Registration of Deaths Abroad Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Registration of Deaths Abroad Act 1984.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Registration of Deaths Abroad Regulations.

Fees

2. Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) “$10” and substituting “$15”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) “$6” and substituting “$12”.

Schedule 1

3. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting after item 8 in Form 1 the following item:

“8a Last known occupation”;

(b) by inserting after item 11 in Form 2 the following item:

“11a Last known occupation”.

Schedule 2

4. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after item 7 the following item:

“7a. Last known occupation”.
