REGISTRATION OF BERTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and

Marriages Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1994.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 3 January 1995.

First Schedule amended

3. Part IV of the First Schedule to the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Regulations 1963* is amended by inserting after item (j) the following items —

if

(k) For a microfiche set containing consolidated birth, death
and marriage index records:

1841 - 1905 140.00

(1) For a compact disc containing
birth, death and marriage
index records:

1841 - 1905 205.00

(m) For a microfiche set containing death index records:

1906 - 1953	100.00
1954 - 1965	35.00
1966 - 1970	20.00
1971 - 1980	40.00
