REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and

Marriages Amendment Regulations 1997.

By Command of the Governor, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Executive Council.

First Schedule amended

2.     Part IV of the First Schedule to the Registration of Births, Deaths and

Marriages Regulations 1963* is amended —

(a) in item (a) by deleting "20.00" and substituting the following —

" 30.00 ";

(h) in item (e) by deleting "15.00" and substituting the following —

" 25.00 "; and

(c) in item (f) by deleting "15.00" and substituting the following —

a 25.00 ".
