REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and

Marriages Amendment Regulations 1994.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

First Schedule amended

3. Part W of the First Schedule to the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Regulations 1963* is amended by deleting item (d) and substituting the following items —

(d) For a certified copy of a registration (including a search over any period not exceeding 5 years) 25.00

(da) For a certified copy of a registration of a birth,	death or marriage at least 60 years old,
when the registration number and registration
district are provided 15.00
