REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and

Marriages Amendment Regulations 1992,

Commencement

2.      These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1992.

First Schedule amended

3.      The First Schedule to the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages

Act, Regulations, 1963* is amended in Part IV by deleting in item (d) the fee

"18.50" and by substituting the following fee —
