This regulation may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 October 1997. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the RegistrationofBirths,DeathsandMarriages Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Fees) 4.(1) Schedule 4, item 3, ‘32.00’— omit, insert— ‘32.50’.
