This regulation may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1996. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the RegistrationofBirths,DeathsandMarriages Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Particulars for a child’s birth) 4.(1) Schedule 1— insert— ‘ 8A. Mother’s occupation.’. (2) Schedule 1, item 14— omit, insert— ‘ 14. For children of the parents’ relationship who predeceased the child— (a) the number of children and the sex of each child; or (b) the name of each child.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Particulars for a person’s death) 5.(1) Schedule 2— insert— ‘ 18A. Occupation of the person’s mother.’. (2) Schedule 2, item 23— omit, insert— ‘ 23. For children who predeceased the person—
