FEDERAL CAPITAL COMMISSION.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE REAL PROPERTY ORDINANCE 1924-1926.

P URSUANT to the powers conferred upon it by the Real Property

Ordinance 1925-1926, the Federal Capital Commission, appointed

under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1924-1926, hereby

makes the following Regulations, to come into operation forthwith.

Registrar of Titles (Office Hours) Regulations.
Short otic ^- These Regulations may be cited as the Registrar of Titles (Office

Hours) Regulations.

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

Office hows.

2.— (1.) The hours during which the office of the Registrar shall be kept open daily.throughout the year for the receipt of instruments pur- porting to deal with or affect any land under the provisions of the Real Property Ordinance 1925-1926 shall be as follows :•—

Monday to Friday—10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.; 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday—10 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

(2.) The office of the Registrar shall not he kept open on Sundays. Christmas Day, Good Friday, the Saturday and the Monday after Goorl Friday, or on any day observed as a holiday in the offices of the Federal Capital Commission.
