An Act to amend section 15 of the Registered Clubs Act, 1976, to increase the fee payable for a certificate of registration of a club granted pur- suant to an application for renewal. [Assented to, 6th May, 1982.]

Registered Clubs (Registration Fees) Amendment.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the "Registered Clubs (Registration Fees)

Amendment Act, 1982".

Amendment of Act No. 31, 1976.

2. The Registered Clubs Act, 1975, is amended by omitting from section

15 (1) (b) (i) the figure "8" and by inserting instead the figure "10".
