I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Registered Clubs (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 February 1991 as the day on which that Act (except for such part of Schedule 1 (3) as inserts proposed section 57A into the Registered Clubs Act 1976) commences.
