I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Registered Clubs (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act

1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1991 as the day

on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the infringement notice provisions to be inserted in the Registered Clubs Act 1976.

The other provisions of the Registered Clubs (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act

1990 commenced on 18 February 1991 by virtue of the Proclmation published in
the Gazette on 8 February 1991.
