Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Regulation under the Registered Clubs Act 1976.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Registered Clubs Regulation 2009 to change the prescribed date on and from which the governing body of any registered club is not to exceed 9 members from 1 July 2016 to 1 January 2017.

This Regulation is made under the Registered Clubs Act 1976, including sections 10 (1) (k1) and 73 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Registered Clubs Amendment (Limitation of Number of
Members) Regulation 2014.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Registered Clubs Regulation 2009

Clause 27A Limitation on number of members of governing body

Omit “1 July 2016”. Insert instead “1 January 2017”.
