I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Registered Clubs (Amendment) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclmation, appoint 1 December 1994 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act, except Schedule 1 (20) and section 3 in its application to Schedule 1 (20)), commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the uncommenced provisions of the Registered Clubs (Amendment) Act 1994, except an amendment of the Registered Clubs Act 1976 relating to access by members to poker machines.

The provisions being commenced by this Proclamation relate to the issue of penalty

notices for offences under the Act.
