REGISTERED CLUBS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990

NO. 29 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Registered Clubs (Amendment) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	1 August 1990 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act (other than the provisions specified in paragraph (b)) commence; and
(b)	1 September 1990 as the day on which Schedule 3 to that Act, and section 3 of that Act in its application to that Schedule, commence.
