REGISTERED CLUBS ACT 1976—REGULATION

(Relating to work permits)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Registered Clubs Act 1976, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Registered Clubs Regulation 1983 is amended by omitting from clause 20F (3) the matter “section 180” and by inserting instead the matter “section 105”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to correct a cross reference in the Registered Clubs Regulation 1983 to the Registered Clubs Act 1976 in a provision dealing with the fee payable for work permits.

This Regulation is made under the Registered Clubs Act 1976, in particular sections 105 (Periodic fee for gaming-related licence) and 73 (the general regulation making power).
