Transferring employees from Anastas Investments Pty Ltd (Embleton Care) Employees’ Agreement 2012 to the Regis Group Enterprise Agreement - Western Australia 2010.

[1] An application was made on 2 August 2013 by Regis Aged Care Pty Ltd (the applicant) for an order relating to instruments covering an employer and transferring employees.

[2] This application has the support of the Australian Nursing Federation, the Health Services Union of Australia and United Voice.

[3] The Commission has considered all the matters set out in s.318(3) of the Act and, on the basis of the information provided by the applicant, is satisfied the order sought by the applicant should be issued.

[4] An order giving effect to this decision will be issued.
