This Determination is the Regional Telecommunications Independent Review Committee (First Review Starting Date) Determination (No. 1) 2007.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3     Starting date of first review

For the purposes of paragraph 158P(3)(b) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999, the date of 13 August 2007 is specified.
