This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3Definition

In this Regulation:

the Act means the Regional Relocation Grants (Skills Incentive) Act 2011.

4Area for which regional relocation grant not available

For the purposes of section 4 (2) of the Act, Byron local government area is declared to be an area for which the regional relocation grant is not available.
