Regional Planning Interests Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Regional Planning Interests Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2015. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the RegionalPlanningInterestsRegulation 2014 . 4 Replacement of sch 4 (Assessment application fees) Schedule 4— omit, insert — Schedule 4 Assessment application fees section 18 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Definition for sch 4 In this schedule— expected area of impact , for an assessment application, means the area in which— (a) the activity is proposed to be carried out; and (b) carrying out the activity is likely to have an impact.
