REGENT S PARK TO BANKS­

TOWN RAILWAY ACT.

Act No. 45, 1923.

George V, An Act to sanction the construction of a line of No. 45. railway from llegent’s Park to Bankstown ;

and for purposes connected thercAvith.

[Assented to, 21st December, 1923.]

T ) E it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty,

by and A\dtb the adAuce and consent of the Legis­

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South

"Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as folloAvs :—

Short title.

1 . This Act may be cited as the “ Regent’s Park to

BankstoAvn Railway Act, 1923.”

2. The carrying out of the work described in the

Schedule to this Act is hereby sanctioned.

The plan.

3. The plan of the said Avork is the plan marked

N.S."W. RailAA'ays, Regent’s Park to Bankstown,”

signed by the Railway Commissioners for New South Wales and countersigned by the Chief Engineer for RailAÂ ay and Tramway Construction, and deposited in the public office of the said Eaihvay Commissioners.

Cost.

4. Tlie cost of carrying out the said work (exclusive

of land resumptions) is estimated at one hundred and six thousand eight hundred and thirty-five pounds, and such estimated cost sliall not, under any circumstances, be exceeded by more than ten per centum.
